We will always regret not saying “ I love you” or telling someone how we really feel. We neglect ourselves delaying projects, dreams, hobbies, or that trip we always wanted to take.
We ignore our health, even when we are suffering. Ignore the chest pains, a mysterious lump or a persistent cough. We tell ourselves “it’s nothing”.
We dread being unloved, neglected, being poor instead of being happy, healthy and fulfilled. Words left unspoken to loved ones break our hearts, why are we afraid of our own feelings?
We compromise, settle for less, shrug at a loss with the excuse it wasn’t worth it. We’re not worthy, it doesn’t matter. It does.
Stop hesitating, quit procrastinating, take a leap of faith.
Say the words you long to say as if this was the last chance you have, because it just might be.
Treat yourself with the same care you give to others.
Don’t just say it, do it now. Even if you are afraid, do it anyway.
When there is no tomorrow, what will be your epithet?

Read it. Liked it a lot. Wondered if you meant to say, "We will always regret NOT saying..." And "at a LOSS" instead of "lose." Keep up the good work!
